90 minutes of the Station Fire in 24 seconds (by spiegelman)

I saw this ‘cloud’ yesterday. LA simply does not have clouds like this, so it really caught your eye. The Station fire (the largest of 8 burning in the state) has consumed 105,000 acres with a containment date of Sept. 6. In West Hollywood we are ‘closer’ to the fires than a lot of LA County residents, but the nearest fire is still around 20 miles away, at the edge of the Angeles National Forest (this is hard to explain to parents that can’t comprehend the sheer size of LA). The smoke seems to affect me more than a lot of people… not really sure there is much I can do about it though.
