En route to LACMA the other day, I see a guy on the bus who has just started knitting something small, white and round.  He is very focused.

At LACMA, twenty-something points at directory map, says, “Contemporary art- that’s, like, Van Gogh, right?”

On the bus on the way home, I run into the same knitter guy who has really made some progress. Now there is blue mixed in with the white.  He strikes up a conversation with an elderly lady next to her and tells her it’s called “Starry Night.”

I love twofers!

How perfect! That stuff really makes my day.
And I also love how much you are telling in this story without actually telling us.
